BANCA MONDIALE: UN SANO POSTO DI LAVORO

Oggi la staff association ci ha mandato gli auguri di Natale e qualche statistica. Ecco qua!
- This year more than 800 staff , approximately 7 percent of the staff, requested consultations for depression, anxiety and substance abuse

- Cardiovascular diseases are the number one cause of death among active staff (6 deaths out of 19 in 2008 or 32 percent). Three of these staff members were in their forties. These deaths come to a notable cost not just to the staff member's family, but to the organisation: a single death means around $400,000 in paid benefits. (ESTICAZZI....!!!!)

- 1 in 3 staff "typically or always" work 6-7 days per week
- 1 in 3 staff "typically or always" work while on leave
- Around 70% of staff comment that work pressure has negatively impacted their family
- About 3000 staff lost leave last year

Se ti può consolare - la stessa slide gira in un sacco di grandi organizzazioni, e meno grandi.
L'ho vista nelle versioni Telecom Italia, FIAT, Accenture/Andersen Consulting...

    (ti ha consolato?) :-D
